Fresh Mex Flavors Start on the Organic Farm

We're so excited when we can buy our products from an awesome source like this organic farm. Owned by a Balinese farmer using entirely chemical free methods, this place is so inspiring that I make the 3 hour trek to dig up the veggies myself once in awhile!

Malabar spinach winding up a bamboo pole. Have you tried this? The leaves are thick and firm, like er...Chihuahua ears. They are high in vitamins A, E, calcium and iron and frequently used in Chinese cooking, we like to toss them in the juicer to make our vitamin rich Daily Greens. It's also a stunner in the garden with its jewel-like clusters of little berries.




Check out this dirt- probably more nutritious than some food I've eaten.
