We got a little carried away with our nachos- and it was so worth it! Like the little red hen, we got the corn, grind it, press the tortillas and hand cut the chips. After you order, they are flash fried in vegetable oil and finished with a dash of sea salt. Corn chips that are fresh, crispy, all natural and the perfect delivery system for our spicy salsas and homemade guacamole.
